Creator Terms Addendum

By uploading or posting any content to lightstrea.ms, you confirm that:

• You own all rights to the content, or you have the necessary licenses and permissions to share it.
• Your content does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of any third party.

You grant lightstrea.ms a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, display, and promote your content within the app and on associated services (e.g., our website, event promotions).

• This license is for the purpose of operating and improving the platform, and does not transfer your ownership of the content.

• We comply with applicable copyright law, including the DMCA safe harbor process.
• If your content is reported as infringing, we may remove or disable access to it without notice.
• Repeat infringement may result in loss of Creator status or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for the content you post.

• If your content results in a legal claim, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless lightstrea.ms, its officers, and employees from any losses, damages, or legal fees that result.

We reserve the right to revoke your Creator status or remove your content at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, our general Terms of Service, or applicable law.
