We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Creator Terms Addendum, or applicable law. You may also delete your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lightstrea.ms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless lightstrea.ms, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your User Content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
